Cancellation policy

Some items available in our store may be offered on a subscription basis, as pre-orders, or through a “Try Before You Buy” option. This cancellation policy explains how you can modify or cancel these types of purchases.

Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the subscription duration and delivery frequency you selected.

Your payment details will be stored securely. You will be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew your subscription, you may cancel it at any time.

You can cancel or modify your subscription whenever you like. Your order confirmation emails contain links to your order, which you can use to manage your subscription.

Pre-orders

When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is currently out of stock or will be available soon. At checkout, we may either collect no payment, collect only a partial deposit, and securely store your payment method in order to process and charge the full or remaining balance at a later date when the order is fulfilled.

You may cancel a partially paid pre-order at any time before it has been fulfilled. Once the order has been fulfilled, it can no longer be canceled, but you may request a full or partial refund in accordance with our return policy.

Try Before You Buy

When you purchase an item using the “Try Before You Buy” option, we authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order. You will have a limited period of time to decide whether you wish to keep the item. If the item is not returned within that period, the full amount will be charged to your payment method.
